Great presentation. I followed the progress of Oumuamua and my own concluson was that it was most likely to be a fragment of a dust and ice object. I like your "devils advocate" style here in presenting the evidence. One thing is certain - we still have a lot to learn about the constituents and behaviour of such objects.
