A poem
in the silence
i find my voice
here, where sound does not reign
my words flow freely
unbound by the constraints
of hearing
i listen with my heart
with my eyes
with the full expanse
of my being
the world reveals itself
in the gentle sway of hands
the luminous glow of expression
the subtle tremors
that betray life’s rhythms
this language of silence
binds us together
in a bond of shared experience
where understanding blossoms
in the meeting of gazes
the tender touch
in this realm
i am whole
i am heard
i am home
