I think the chances of anyone at Medium HQ answering or reading this post are pretty low. I have been requesting help on a glitch in the system where writers to my publication appear to be able to publish without me pressing the "publish" button. Despite acknowledging my request, no reply ever comes back. FoM appears to be a waste of time too.
