One of the problems with data and making predictions, is the lack of scientific controls during the data collection stage. Who decides if you are an introvert, is it you or other people? Many people are only part introvert and at some periods can also be extroverted. Many leaders are overtly extrovert, but many would reveal that they are really rather shy and introverted, except when acting out their leadership role. It's a complicated and sometimes subjective description.
