A poem

The cosmos groans as singularities colossally collide,
gravities so extreme, light itself is devoured
in the rapacious unbirthing.
Two infinities meet, finite comprehension recoiling
before the shuddering violence of this danse macabre,
choreographed before the birth of atoms.
Warped continua writhe, distortions careening
through the fabric of reality in tsunamic murmurations,
echoing the primal scream of creation unraveled in reverse.
An ultra-massive, lightless leviathan blots out existence,
the ultimate blackbody radiance extinguished
as realms of negative fire ravage billions of gallons of existence
to cinders in a single nuclear blink.
Density increases, the cataclysmic collapse becoming totipotent,
as spacelike separations atomize into oblivion’s abyss.
A ringdown wails across spacetime,
mourning the astrophysical atrocity,
the wreckage of annihilation melting
into a single infinitesimal maw
from which not even the ghost of a photon’s cry escapes.
The vortex groans, grinding to calmer insensate slumber
dreaming of the next unbridled outburst
of fervid Möbius madness,
when another spiral dance between these deities of negation
detonates in gravitational rapture.
Until then, the lightless progeny drifts deep in Stygian seas,
invisible and indivisible,
awaiting its omega mate, the penultimate unmatter,
for the next remixing
of reality’s rhizomes.
