Thank you. My daughter-in-law was born profoundly deaf, as was her brother. Both went to normal school and university, as her parents wanted them to have as normal a life as possible. Unfortunately this only resulted in them having a misweable tims, being bullied a somewhat isolated. However, the upside is that Frances became a succesful interior designer, met my son, and has two beautiful children and a very happy life. It also gave my wife and myself the opportunity to learn signing and connect with the deaf community.
